It’s been a lazy week so i haven’t had much in the way of successes. This absolutely beautiful weather has me wanting to go outside and sit in the sunshine. No actual success there.
However, I do have one semi-success. My daughter, Tammy gave me a 500 plus piece puzzle for Christmas. The puzzle is a picture of my three children: Tammy Sue, Michael, and Cyndi Jo.
I LOVE the puzzle and the picture, for sure, but I’ve spent the last month or mote trying to put it together. I can work on it just so long before I get blurry-eyed and am ready to swear that it’s missing some pieces.
For my semi-success this week, I managed to get about ten pieces in place. Not much, but compared to where I started, it’s a lot. To be honest, my son-in-law Bill (Cyndi’s husband) put the frame together and a good deal of Cyndi’s face.
So I have most of Cyndi’s face done and still have to put in Mike and Tammy’s faces. Heaven help me! I’ll be working on this for months and tying up my table. If anyone wants to come over and help, be my guest.
Hopefully you accomplished more than I did this week. Please share your successes as it’s always important to recognize things we’re successful at and not focus on what we didn’t do.
